Our Vision

Auburn Presbyterian church was established in 1905, over one hundred years ago. The church was very active and lively during its prime years however the church has drastically weakened over time. Therefore, we relaunched APC on Mother’s day in 2017 and started revitalising the church after setting the vision of our church to be a multicultural and missional church.

Ministry in Auburn can touch the lives of people from the hard-to-reach countries. Our vision, goals and mission are the heart of our church and fuel the love and passion we have for APC and the wider community.

OUR VISION

  • To connect people in Inner-West communities to Jesus and to each other.

  • To grow as disciples of Jesus.

  • To serve in missions and evangelism.

Our Goal

  • To plant multi-Ethnic churches in multicultural communities, particularly in Sydney’s Inner-West to transform the lives of people and to evangelise the church into existence.

Our Mission

  • To preach the gospel to people who come from all nations.

  • There are many de-churched  people in the Inner-West region, so we would like to find them to recover their faith.

  • There are many refugees in the Inner-West region, so we reach-out to them to care for and evangelise to them.

  • To nurture non-believers to have a new life, and train them to be disciples of Jesus.
